- Day 1: Transfer to Nyungwe Forest National Park

DAY 1: Transfer to Nyungwe Forest National Park.
- On the first day of the two days Nyungwe Tour. Our Rwanda safari guide will meet you at your hotel in Kigali early in the morning or at Kigali International Airport. He will welcome you to the safari and provide you with pertinent information.
- After that, you will be transferred to Nyungwe Forest National Park via a scenic 5-6 hour road journey with the wonderful views of the landscape. You will have the opportunity to visit the Nyanza King's Palace with the lunch enroute. Proceed to the park and check in then after you will meet with your safari guide and enjoy a canopy trek in Nyungwe National Park. You will be rewarded with massive bird watching safari experience of the park and the opportunity to spot a variety of animals in Nyungwe Forest National Park. You will then return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

DAY 2: Chimpanzee Tracking, Transfer to Kigali
- On the second day of the two days Nyungwe Tour. Wake up early in the morning and be served with a leisurely breakfast. After breakfast at the lodge with your packed lunch, you will meet with your safari guide and transfer you to the park headquarters and engage in chimpanzee trekking in Nyungwe in the early morning, you will be briefed about the rules and regulations to do while doing chimpanzee trekking, after you will divided into groups and each group assigned with the armed ranger to the jungle, the activity takes a period of 30 minutes to five hours due to the fact that these primates go deep in the forests to look for food, and along the way searching these primates you will spot the wonderful animal species, bird species and plant species . And once the chimpanzees are found you will spend at least one hour in the presence of critically endangered chimpanzees in their natural habitat while watching them feed, play, grooming and among others. After that, you will be transferred back to Kigali. You will be delivered to your hotel or to the airport to meet your flight.
