13 Days of Uganda's Best Wildlife on a Uganda wildlife tour, Uganda tour takes you to Murchison Falls National Park, which is known as the best place to go on safari. Uganda's biggest national park is Kibale Forest National Park, which is known as the "capital of primates." Queen Elizabeth National Park is famous for its beautiful savannah grasslands set against the Rwenzori Mountains. Visit Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, where the last mountain gorillas in the world live, and Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda's smallest national park, which is home to a wide range of antelopes like zebras, impalas, and among others. To be able to enjoy this safari adventure is to follow rules being given unto you. This trip will start and end in Kampala or Entebbe Airport.

DAY 1: Arrival at Entebbe and Picked.
- On the 1st day of 13 Days Classic Wildlife Uganda Safari. Arrival at Entebbe Airport: When you get to the airport, you'll meet our tour driver guide. He or she will welcome you to Uganda and take you to the hotel in Entebbe or Kampala that was booked for you. Dinner and staying the night.
- Meal plan: Bed and Dinner.
DAY 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls national park.
- On the 2nd day of 13 Days Classic Wildlife Uganda Safari. Wake up early, have breakfast, and drive to Murchison Falls National Park via the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where you will have a great chance to trek the rhinos, which is done on foot and can take up to 1:30 hours. Then, keep going to Masindi town for lunch on the way, and then drive to Murchison Falls National Park. It takes about 4 to 5 hours to drive to the park. When you get to the park, you'll take a boat across the Victoria Nile, check into your lodge. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3: Game drive and Boat Launch on the Nile River.
- On the 3rd day of 13 Days Classic Wildlife Uganda Safari. Get up early, eat breakfast, and then go on a game drive as soon as the sun comes up. The best place for a game drive in the park is on the Nyamsika plateau, where you can see Rothschild's giraffes, Cape buffaloes, Uganda kobs, hartebeest, and waterbucks, among other animals. You will also see Oribis, bush duiker, bush duiker, hartebeest, waterbucks, Bohor reedbuck, shy sitatunga, warthogs, bush pigs, and big carnivores like lions, leopards, and spotted hyenas. The heads of the six ape species in Murchison Falls National Park are chimpanzees and olive baboons. You can see crocodiles, hippos, and water birds like the heron, pelican, bee-eaters, kingfishers, horn hill, cormorant, saddle-billed stork, and the rare shoe-billed stork as you drive along the Nile River. Drive back to the lodge to have lunch and a boat cruise in the afternoon.
- Afternoon boat cruise: Later on, go for boat cruise at the bottom of the falls where you will be able to view hippos, Crocodiles, waterbuck, you will cruise close to Devil’s Cauldron for picture taking as well as to powerful water falls. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 4: Visit the top of the falls and Transfer to Kibale Forest NP.
- On the 4th day of 13 Days Classic Wildlife Uganda Safari. Wake up, have breakfast, and check out of the lodge. Then, go see the thunderous water falls, where you can watch the River Nile squeeze itself into a 7-meter gorge before it goes 40 metres down in a thunderous explosion and then flows down into a very peaceful river. After that, you'll drive to Kibale Forest National Park through a beautiful area with traditional homesteads, tea plantations, and a trading town. You can eat lunch on the way, and you'll get there in the late afternoon. Dinner and staying the night.

DAY 5: Chimp tracking, Nature walk in Kibale forest& Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP.
- On the 5th day of 13 Days Classic Wildlife Uganda Safari. Wake up early, enjoy breakfast, drive to Kanyanchu Tourist Centre, with your safari guide and be there by 8:00 am for a briefing on chimpanzee rules. The track takes between 30 minutes and 6 hours, based on where they were last seen the day before. You might also see black-and-white monkeys, Vervet monkeys, and Red-tailed monkeys. You might also see different kinds of birds and flowers. Once you find them, you'll be able to watch them play and eat for one hour. After the trekking, your safari guide will drive back to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation.
- Later, after lunch you will go on a nature walk in the Bigodi swamp to see other birds and monkeys that are worth mentioning. And after drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park and upon your arrival check into your lodge for Dinner and Overnight stay.

DAY 6: Game drive and Boat cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park.
- On the 6th day of 13 Days Classic Wildlife Uganda Safari. Get up, enjoy breakfast, and head for the early morning game. You can see leopards, giant forest hogs, Cape buffalo, defassa waterbuck, Uganda kob, topi, bushbuck, and tree-climbing lions, among other animals, on a morning game drive. Go back to the lodge for lunch while you wait for the boat cruise in the afternoon.
- In the afternoon, we'll take a boat ride on Kazinga Channel, which has the most hippos and is a great place to take pictures. Wildlife and birds can be seen along the edges of water. Dinner and overnight stay.
- Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
DAY 7: Morning Game Drive &Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP.
- On the 7th day of 13 Days Classic Wildlife Uganda Safari. Wake up early in the morning and take breakfast. After breakfast, meet your safari guide and drive to the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, which is famous for its tree-climbing lions. You can also see buffaloes, elephants, and Uganda Kob groups there. After go back to your lodge and have lunch there.
- After lunch, check out of the lodge and head to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. On the way, you will see a rewarding countryside, bamboo forest and great views of the beautiful scenery. When you get back to the lodge, check into the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 8: Gorilla Trekking –Bwindi Impenetrable NP.
- On the 8th day of 13 Days Classic Wildlife Uganda Safari. Wake up early and have breakfast. Then, go to the park offices at 7:30am to learn about the rules for gorilla trekking with other trekkers. Then, meet a park official guide who will take you to the start of the trail in the forest where you can trek mountain gorillas. This can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours, so you need to be fit enough. Forest paths are nice, and tourists can see a lot of different species along them. After you find them, you will have an hour to watch them and take pictures, observe their behaviors, watching them play, feed, record their movies and among others. Stay at the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 9: Visit the Batwa Trail-Bwindi.
- On the 9th day of 13 Days Classic Wildlife Uganda Safari. Wake up early in the morning and take breakfast. After breakfast in the morning, you will go to the Batwa trails, where you will meet the Batwa people and interact with them. You can also watch and listen to their traditional dances and songs. Then, check out from your lodge and go to Lake Mburo National Park via Igongo culture centre for lunch, where you can see traditional Ankole dances and visit craft shops to buy souvenirs to take home.
- You will then drive to Lake Mburo National Park. When you get there in the late afternoon, you can check into your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
- Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
DAY 10: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park via Igongo Cultural Centre.
- On the 10th day of 13 Days Classic Wildlife Uganda Safari. Wake up, eat breakfast, and then drive to open savannah open plains where you can see zebras, warthogs, elands, impalas, and many other animals. Drive back to the lodge and have lunch and some relaxation.
- Later after lunch, go on a nature walk in the park on foot with an experienced game ranger who will show you what animals' footprints and droppings look like and encountering various wildlife in the park. This is such a fun exercise. Later Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

DAY 11: Game drive and Boat cruise on Lake Mburo NP.
- On the 11th day of 13 Days Classic Wildlife Uganda Safari. Get up, eat breakfast, and then go on a game drive to see animals you missed the night before. There will be a lot of wild animals for you to see. Drive back to the lodge for lunch.
- Later after lunch, you'll go on a horse ride through the park, which is the best way to get close to the animals and touch them, so it's a very rewarding exercise. After get back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 12: Transfer to Kampala.
- On the 12th day of 13 Days Classic Wildlife Uganda Safari. Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast in the morning and then check out from the lodge. Then, head to Kampala with a stop at the Equator to have the water experience witnessing the northern and the southern hemispheres, take pictures, and look around the nearby art shops and take lunch. And head to Kampala. You will get there in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 13: Visit to the Chimp sanctuary on Ngamba Island.
- On the 13th day of 13 Days Classic Wildlife Uganda Safari. After breakfast, check out from your lodge and your safari car guide will pick you up and take you to Lake Victoria, where you'll take a boat to Ngamba Island. When you get to the island, you'll be given information about the sanctuary. Then, you'll spend all your time with the chimpanzees as they eat and swing in the trees. Later, you'll go on a nature walk on the island to learn about the other animals that live there and lunch. After you will be dropped at your best place of convenience either at Entebbe International Airport for your next your flight or at your hotel in Kampala.
