3 Day Lake Mburo Safari

OVERVIEW

3 Days Lake Mburo National Park Safari will offer the best experience in the wild given the beauty of the park as you explore it. It is home to a number of tourist sites, such as Lake Mburo, where boat tours are offered that give visitors the chance to watch kingfishers, cormorants, and other water birds as they try to capture some fish in the water. You will get the chance to witness a variety of animal species during the game drives, including elands, zebras, topis, hippos, hyenas, and water bucks, among others. The park is interesting because, compared to other national parks in Uganda, it can be visited in the lowest amount of time, making it the greatest safari option.

DAY 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo national park, evening boat cruise.

On the first day of 3 days Lake Mburo National Park safari. Your guide will pick you up at exactly 7 am either at Entebbe International airport or at your hotel and brief you about 3 days Lake Mburo national park safari and embark on your journey to the breathtaking Lake Mburo national park. You will travel down the Kampala-Masaka highway, and we'll stop at the Mpambire Drum manufacture, so you can observe how local African drums are created in Uganda. After the intriguing event, you will go to Lake Mburo National Park by several routes to your lodge. Along the way, you may have the opportunity to see a variety of species, including zebras, warthogs, elands, waterbucks, and others. Once you get into your lodge you will check in and be served with lunch.
After lunch you will meet your safari guide and then go on a boat cruise in the afternoon. You will have the opportunity to witness hippos, crocodiles, topis, as well as a variety of water bird species, such as the African kingfisher, cormorant, fish eagle, pelican, heron, and many others, during your sunset boat ride. After the boat cruise you will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay after the exciting adventure.

DAY 2: Morning game drive and afternoon game drive, community walk.

On the second day of 3 days Lake Mburo National Park safari. Wake up early in the morning and take a relaxed breakfast. After an early breakfast, you will meet your safari guide and go on a morning game drive to observe the early risers, such as zebras, elands, and antelopes, swarming the plains in search of food. You will have the opportunity to witness several creatures during the early morning game drives before they go into hiding, including leopards and among others. You will return to your lodge for lunch and refreshments after the early morning wildlife drive.
After lunch, you'll go on an afternoon game drive where you'll get to see a variety of animals savouring the last meals of the day. You'll also get to see crocodiles sunbathing, see animals hunting for food, and get a chance to see various animal species relaxing on the plains and by the lake. After your activities in the park, you'll return to your lodge for some rest and relaxation before going on a village walk to observe how locals go about their everyday lives. After the village walk you will return back to your lodge for evening relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3: Morning game drive and transfer to Kampala

On the third day of 3 days Lake Mburo National Park safari. Wake up early in the morning and take a relaxed breakfast. After early morning breakfast check out of your lodge, meet your safari guide and participate in an early enroute morning game drive where you will have a chance to see the different animal species that you would have missed out on during the evening game drive animals like the elands, buffalos, zebras, impalas and so on. And after you travel to Kampala City. Through Masaka, you will have lunch enroute, make a pit stop near the equator for photos, and have the opportunity to take part in a water experiment that will show you are at the equator's intersection of the northern and southern hemispheres. And after proceed to your journey until Kampala where you will be dropped at your hotel or at Entebbe International Airport.
