OVERVIEW
This 5-day Uganda gorilla and game safari from Kigali is for those interested in viewing mountain Gorillas in Bwindi impenetrable national park and wildlife in Queen Elizabeth national park. During this safari you will be able to do the gorilla trek and then game drives in Mweya sector of Queen Elizabeth and boat cruise on Kazinga channel of Lake Edward and Lake George. You will have chances of viewing wildlife like herds of buffalos, kobs, Elephants, Lions, Wart hogs, Lions but we emphasize that nature dictates and depends on your luck.
TOUR SUMMARY
- Day 1: Pick up from airport / hotel in Kigali and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
- Day 2: Gorilla tracking and optional activity around the park
- Day 3: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an evening game drive
- Day 4: Morning game drive in Mweya sector and afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga channel
- Day 5: Transfer back to Kigali for drop off at the hotel / airport to end the trip
- You will visit Uganda through Rwanda
- The trip starts in Kigali and ends in Kigali
- You will visit Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park
- You will do gorilla tracking, game drives, boat cruises and other optional activities like Batwa trail experience.
- You will use a safari customized van with a pop-up for game viewing and there is room for upgrade in case requested at an extra cost
- Pre and cost tour accommodation can be arranged at an extra cost
DAY 1: Pick up from the Airport/Hotel and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
- Your driver guide will pick you from the Hotel/Entebbe and then you start your scenic view to Bwindi. You will stop at the genocide Memorial and later for en route lunch before you proceed to Bwindi and you will arrive late evening for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: Gorilla trekking and optional activity around the park
- After an early breakfast you will drive to park headquarters for briefing about the gorilla trek. You guide you tell you the dos and don’ts of the trek and later you will start the trek. The trek can take you more or less time depending on where the gorillas will be on that day. You will be allowed to view and take photographs for 1 hours and later return to the head quarter for issuance of your certificates.

DAY 3: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an evening game drive
- After breakfast you will drive to Mweya sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park and you will have a short game drive before heading to the lodge for overnight and dinner.
- Drive Time: 4-5 hours

- Accommodations: Buffalo Safari Lodge / Elephant Hab Lodge
DAY 4: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga channel
- Early morning you will go for a game drive in Kasenyi in search of early grazers, chances for cats, and other wildlife. You will then have lunch in at the lodge and drive to do a boat cruise on Kazinga channel as you will be able to sport various aquatic animals, birds, and many more.

DAY 5: Transfer back to Kigali to end the trip
- After breakfast and relaxation at the lodge, you will bid farewell to the lodge and drive back to Kigali for drop off at the Hotel or Airport to end the 5-day Uganda Gorilla and game safari though Kigali.
