6 days kidepo and sipi falls safari will take you to one of the most untouched national parks in Uganda (kidepo valley national park) for an incredible wildlife experience, followed by a transfer to sipi falls in the Elgon region of Mbale.

DAY 1: Kampala to Gulu.

• On the first day of 6 Days Kidepo & Sipi Falls Safari. Your safari guide will pick you from your hotel or Entebbe International Airport and give you a brief about 6 days Kidepo and Sipi falls safari. Begin your journey to Gulu town in Northern Uganda after breakfast; this is a fascinating drive on a smooth road with a number of optional activities along the way, including a stop at the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary. Have lunch en route, then continue to Gulu, arriving in the afternoon. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and unwind and overnight stay.

DAY 2: Gulu to Kidepo Valley National Park – Game drive in Narus.

• On the second day of 6 Days Kidepo & Sipi Falls Safari. You will be served an early breakfast before departing for Kidepo Valley National Park. This is a three-to-four-hour journey with many interesting sights along the way, such as the Mantattas (small grass-thatched houses) and the picturesque views of the hills that separate the Acholi and Karamoja regions.
• You will also traverse a number of seasonal rivers and arrive at Kidepo Valley National Park check in and go for lunch and later embark on evening game drive in the Narus valley. The Narus valley is renowned for having the largest buffalo herds, you will spot other animal species like elands, waterbucks, giraffes, lions and others. On a lucky day, you may also observe rare cheetahs, which are endemic to Kidepo in all of Uganda. After the evening game drive return to the lodge dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.

DAY 3: Morning game drive and Hot springs visit in Kidepo Valley.

• On the third day of 6 Days Kidepo & Sipi Falls Safari. Get up early and take breakfast. After breakfast, visit the Narus valley for a second game excursion. You will observe the park's binocular-friendly observation sites, and you cannot get enough game drives in Kidepo. Where you are going to spot various animal species like buffaloes, zebras, Uganda Kobs, Klipspringer, reedbucks, bat eared fox and others without forgetting bird species.
• Return to the lodge after the morning for lunch and some relaxation before embarking on a drive to Kidepo valley close to the south Sudan border to visit the hot springs, where you will encounter a variety of bird species, particularly ostriches that are in large numbers. Return to the lodge as dinner is being served and spend another night at Apoka Safari lodge/Kidepo Savannah lodge as described above.

DAY 4: Transfer to Sipi falls.

• On the third day of 6 Days Kidepo & Sipi Falls Safari. Wake up early in the morning and be served with breakfast. After breakfast check out and meet your safari guide to visit Sipi falls in Kapchorwa after departing Kidepo via Moroto very early in the morning. This is a full-day journey that includes a stop for lunch. Arrive in Sipi in the late afternoon and transfer to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

DAY 5: All day at the Sipi falls.

• On the fifth day of 6 Days Kidepo & Sipi Falls Safari. Wake up early in the morning and get served with breakfast and packed lunch. After an early breakfast at the lodge, you will travel to the Sipi falls offices to obtain a guide for the Sipi falls trek. Sipi falls has three falls at the foothills of Mount Elgon that are 85m, 75m, and 100m long, respectively where you are going to have the beautiful views of the falls together with sightings of bird species, animal species, coffee views. Depending on your level of fitness, you will tour all three waterfalls or just two. After a long day at the sipi falls meet your guide and transfer you to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Sipi River lodge/Lacam lodge/Noah's Ark as described above – full board.

DAY 6: Transfer back to Kampala/Entebbe & Departure

• On the fifth day of 6 Days Kidepo & Sipi Falls Safari. Wake up early in the morning and enjoy the hearty breakfast check out and meet with your safari guide. Then transfer back to Kampala with lunch en route in Jinja town. Depending on your flight itinerary, visit the source of the Nile before proceeding to Kampala/Entebbe airport for your onward flight.
