OVERVIEW
10 Days Uganda Wildlife & Hiking Safari: This 10 Days Uganda safari permits us to discover some of Uganda's best places, like Murchison Falls National Park, Kibale National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and Mgahinga National Park, for hiking on one of the eight Virunga Mountains. All of these places have their own things that make them worth seeing. Along the River Nile, Murchison Falls National Park has the most powerful waterfalls in Africa. It also has more animals than any other Ugandan national park that people like to see.
Chimpanzees, which are becoming rare in Africa, live in Kibale national park. People say that it is the best place in Africa to see chimpanzees and 13 other kinds of primates, such as Colobus monkeys, Red Velvet monkeys, and many others. The tree-climbing lions in Uganda live in Queen Elizabeth national park. This is the second place in Africa to see tree-climbing lions, after Lake Manyara in Tanzania. There are a few more animals to see in this park, and it's a good place to watch birds, especially on the boat ride along the Kazinga channel.
Mgahinga national park which is the smallest national park in Uganda is home to mountain gorillas and Golden monkeys located on the Virunga Mountains, these primates are very like the ones of Rwanda however cheaper to experience as compared to Rwanda. It is also one of the best places for trekking in Uganda, with some of the most beautiful views. Mount Sabinyo is surrounded by a lot of forests, which makes it a great place to see rare birds like the Rwenzori Turaco that only live in this area. If you hike this mountain, you might see mountain gorillas and golden monkeys on a lucky day. At the top, you'll see crater lakes and be able to look out over Uganda, Rwanda, and Congo. The name "Sabinyo" means "an old man's teeth" because the jagged top of the mountain looks like a gum line with worn-down teeth.
