OVERVIEW
Your 5-day Uganda safari will give you the best possible tourism experience in the pearl of Africa, where you'll get to see a lot of worthwhile landmarks and attractions for an unforgettable Uganda vacation. The safari will give you a new chance to experience incredible things as you interact with wildlife while visiting a number of wildlife sites like national parks and sanctuaries. You will take part in activities like game drives to see a variety of wildlife in parks like Murchison Falls and Kidepo Valley, and you will learn about the behavior of wild animals in the wild and their feeding habits.
TOUR SUMMARY
- Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe.

DAY 1: Arrival in Entebbe.
- On the first day of your five-day Uganda safari, a representative of our tour company will welcome you to the "pearl of Africa" by picking you either at Entebbe International Airport or hotel. He will brief you on your safari and go over the rules and guidelines you must go by in order to have a fantastic time while participating in the various activities in the various locations. After the briefing you will be taken to your hotel and check in for relaxation and have lunch. After lunch you will go Uganda Wildlife Education Centre or the Botanical Gardens, where you can see a variety of wildlife animals like the lions and elephants among other attractions in the centre. Once you've had the most incredible experience, return to your hotel for dinner and the night.
DAY 2: Ngamba Island.
- On day two of your five-day Uganda safari, after an early breakfast at your hotel, your tour guide will pick you up and drive you to Ngamba Island, the only chimpanzee sanctuary in the country, where you can visit the Ngamba Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Dr. Jane Goodall founded the sanctuary because she was a close friend of Dian Fossey, who was responsible for ensuring the survival of mountain gorillas in Volcanoes National Park. At the sanctuary, you may view a variety of attractions, including monkeys, which will allow you to learn more about how they coexist, their feeding habits, and other fascinating aspects of primates. You can view a variety of bird species, amphibian species, and reptile species in the sanctuary, among other things, during your visit to the island. Later, you will travel to Kampala, where you will have lunch and then take part in a city tour that includes stops at Uganda National Museum, Kasubi royal tombs, Independence monument. Nakasero market, where you can learn about how Ugandans go about their daily lives and shop for various fruits and fabrics to make your safari memorable. At the end of your safari, you will transfer back to your hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 3: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino sanctuary.
- On day three of your five-day Uganda safari. Wake up early in the morning and be served with breakfast. After breakfast check out from your lodge and meet with your safari guide. Your guide will pick you up and take you to see Murchison Falls National Park, the largest National Park in Uganda. You will stop at Ziwa rhino sanctuary, the only rhino sanctuary in Uganda, en route to the Park. Here, you can see endangered rhino species, various monkey species, including the black and white colobus monkey and the Mona monkey, as well as crocodiles, hippos, antelopes, and many other animals. After your visit to the sanctuary, you will eat lunch in Masindi Town before heading to the park. As soon as you enter the park, you'll take part in the top of the falls hike, which is a pretty experience where you'll get to see the water thunders and rapids on a high speed falling over a gorge. You'll also get exceptional aerial views of the park during this hike. After transfer to your lodge for some relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 4: Morning game drive and afternoon launch cruise.
- On the fourth day of your five-day Uganda safari, wake up early in the morning and take a relaxed breakfast, after breakfast your guide will pick you up from your lodge and take you to the northern bank of the Nile, where you will take part in the morning wildlife drive. The park will come to life during the early morning game drives as many early risers flood the plains in search of an early morning meal for the day. Among the various animal species that can be seen are elephants, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, lions, Hartebeest, Uganda kobs, Oribi, bushbucks, topis, and waterbucks, among other animal species for memorable safaris. After your morning wildlife drives, you will return back to your lodge for lunch and refreshments before joining the evening launch cruise on Lake Albert.
- After lunch. Your guide will transport you to the park and take part in the afternoon launch cruise, which will provide amazing experiences throughout your safaris in the park. You will get to see the amazing views of the bottom of the falls where you will see a number of water birds, including African kingfisher, cormorants, spoonbills, and bee-eaters along the river banks, as well as a number of wild animals, including crocodiles, hippopotamuses. After the afternoon boat cruise return back to your lodge for dinner, evening relaxation and overnight stay.
DAY 5: Transfer back to Kampala.
- On the fifth day of your five-day Uganda safari, wake up early in the morning and take a hearty breakfast. Check out from your lodge and meet your safari guide. With enroute morning game drive. Proceed with your journey to Kampala, and on the way you will stop in Masindi town for lunch and in Luwero the fruit district where you will get to eat a variety of fruits like pineapples, watermelons, among other fruits. Alternatively, depending on your time of departure, if you have time, you can take part in the Kampala city tour. On this tour, you will visit Uganda National Museum, which commemorates the colonial era in Uganda under Captain Fredrick Lugard, the first governor of Uganda, and one of the country's largest markets where you can buy a variety of food items and African fabrics while interacting with the locals. And after your safari guide will drop you at either Entebbe International Airport or at your hotel.
